In WinXP, there is a 20% reserved USB bandwidth (in the Device Manager, "under" the USB related stuff...). I'm using a USB mouse and I obviously don't need so much reserved bandwidth ! I think this 20% is just wasting computer resources ! Can the reserved bandwith be LOWERED down? Because I feel this reserved bandwidth is consuming system resouces... Can anyone clarify this matter ?

WinXP reserves 10% per USB connection.. so you must have 2..

and it's really not going to affect anything..
