Intel details next generation GPGPU

From what I got out of it was more like, when will Intel do a AMD like fusion? And what about nVidia? Will they also have some sort of a cpu/gpu solution? And most importantly, who currently has the lead in this?

AMD will do Intel like fusion.
nVIDIA and ATi already have a GPCPU. Since DX9, their GPUs are programmable. nVIDIA offers a special software package CUDA for their latest QUADRO graphics cards, which allows the GPU to be used as CPU. The package also has a C compiler.
