I work in a pretty loud kitchen, and a lot of the podcasts I download are too quiet to even hear over all the racket. I'm sure there's something I can download to crank up the native volume level on these mp3s, but I just need some reccomendations on which program to use.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

You can give sound a bit of extra gain using iTunes. Single click the song or podcast and press command I (Get Info). In screen that appears choose Options them make the volume adjustment. Initially it will probably be set to "None" but you can adjust it from there.

Hope that helps some :)
