E-mail prob

I am using incredimail for my e-mail, but when I try to connect I get a message “outgoing server SMTP cannot be found please verify that you are connected to the internet and that the server address is correct” I then get the same message for incoming POP3, although I am able to receive messages but not send them. I then get a message “operation incomplete” Help please

Sounds like your smtp server name is wrong. Not familiar with your e mail program but for most you go to the account and pop and smtp names are there somewhere. Usually the names are pop-whatever your ISP requires and smtp-then what ever follows pop-. Since it sounds like your pop server is working I'd just copy and paste what ever is in the poo sever name and change pop to smtp. Otherwise you'll have to check the e mail program and you ISP to get the correct name.
