Maybe this is because a lot of Americans think that the USA+Canada are the main part of the world and Europa, Asia, Australia and Afrika are just unimportant?
This is just a guess... I'm not trying to insult anyone.

This thread is depressing. The fact that somebody would make it. Really sad.

I'm from earth. I figure that's a good enough answer for a poll like this.

Prolly, I have people in my school who think I'm stupid b/c I'm from Europe. It's really funny though that I pull 1/2 of my grades as A+ and the rest A's, and take all honors and AP courses. Ah well, they don't even know where Russia is, and God forbid they should know where Bulgaria is (that's my home country) so they're morons.

Yep, the same province, but Sachin stays in the city of Mumbai (formerly Bombay), about 120 miles to the west of Pune.

Nicht unbedingt Herr Groth2757. Da er aus Bulgarien stamm. Aber macht nichts da ich kein Deutsche bin aber Deutsch sprechen kann.

FIY, Bulgaria is an east european country and Bavaria lies in Germany although Bavaria is not a city. Since the unification back in '89 of the two separated republics, there has been a total of 13 German states. Bavaria is one of them. Which just happens to be where I live Herr Groth.

Getting back to the main subject matter of this post, I am originally from the Philippines. Born in a small city in Baguio. For somene with a bit of interest in Foreign History, Baguio is famous for the Pagsanyan Falls and the Rice Terraces. I actually grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts. Not far from where Marvelous Marvin Hagler used to live before he became famous.

Yeah, I've had a helluva childhood. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

I was raised in the southeastern United States (don't worry, I mean the Gulf Coast/Florida) but was born in the United Kingdom. What do I count as? I'm guessing "Other". Oh well, I can live with such a title.

Sorry about that I meant to say state not city. Sometimes I write these posts so fast that I write the wrong words. I understood some of your first sentance but not all of it. I took German I and II back in highschool and remember just a little of it. What language do people speak in Bulgaria anyway??
