No one has been able to help. I would like to transfer my playlist music files about 400 songs or more, from my old lap top to my new laptop. Can this be done?? When I loaded all my songs it took me days and weeks to do, I would hate to have to do them one at a time , "again".

are you on a network? If so try coping the 'My Music' folder from one computer to the other and see if that works.

If the computers are networked, there is a program called Goodsync that works really well and is free. If you don't have a router, it would probably make sence to get one given the new laptop should have a wireless card. Setting up the network is really easy.
