I reckon it won't be that hot, considering it may be used at processes smaller than 65nm, though once we start getting into real high transistor densities, I wonder if we will start seeing liquid cooling becoming a standard option in PCs? Hell, I wonder how a GPU built with this tech will be capable of... *drools*
