Noob. E6600 on EVGA 680i

Hi, I'm completely new to overclocking and alot of what I read goes right over my head. I'm looking to overclock my new CPU and see what kind of power i can get out of it. I wanted to ask you experienced OCers what kind of speed you think i might be able to acheive with my rig.

with a decent cooler 3.2 should be a piece of cake. btw, what cpu cooler do you plan to use? and be more specific on your specs, ram in particular.
