If anybody is considering purchasing this series (515 or 615 series) make
sure that the dealer upgrades the Netcommand software to version v25 004.03
before delivery.

V25 004.01 does not recognize the Cablecards (Motorola) provided by Time
Warner Houston. In fact, the menus lockup every 3rd day or so with the old
software.

I bought my unit at the local Fry's store, so they kept referring me to
Mitsubishi. It took me over two weeks, 4 phone calls and 3 e-mails to get
Mitsubishi to send me the USB memory key to upgrade my unit.

I just called Time Warner to activate the cable card but they were closed
for servicing my request. GRRRRRR!!!!
