So I got two of these case fans for my system and was expecting to be able to ajust their speed in SpeedFan. I can already ajust the PSU fanspeed from SpeedFan, but not the case fans. Any ideas why?

What mobo do you have? Most enthusiast boards will allow nice BIOS settings for fan speed control.
