After spending considerable time searching the net for an answer I turn to you guys to see if you can assist me.

I have a collection of video clips, when I open the folder they are contained in and set the display to show a thumbnail it shows a specific frame from the video file.

The question to you is it possible to change the thumbnail image of the video file to a specified frame from the clip and if the answer is yes how do you do it.

Many thanks in advance for any advice you give.
