Boot without power good signal?

Is it possible to boot without a power good signal?

I have an Enermax Liberty 400W PSU which an Antec tester says is not sending a power good signal. All the rails are fine otherwise. When I plug it into my motherboard (MSI 845GVM-L) my system POSTs anyway.

Should I RMA the power supply or worry that my motherboard boots without a power good signal? (I guess a third option is that the tester is wrong. Has anyone had any trouble with Antec power testers?

You can't boot without a power signal as far as I know. Just because you're getting enough power to boot doesn't mean you're getting what you should. I think I'd RMA the PSU
