STRANGE /ATI prog running??? You tell me...

Greetings Everyone, In my 'hijackthis log' there is a .exe program running.
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ati2sgag.exe
Does anyone recognize this .exe execution ???
Is it really a part of the ATI program or is it an intruder ?
