Skype history file

Does anyone knows in what file skype stores history chats. I want to backup that file.

It can b a real pain i have to say.
go to C:/Documents and Settings/your_windows_username/ApplicationData/Skype
and copy the whole folder. That will be ur skype configuration and chat history
there are no individual files for each user (which i dont like)

If by any chance (as it happened to me), for some reason that folder doesnt appear where its supposed to be, the do the following:
1. open windows explorer (NOT internet expl!)
2. search for files with "chatmsg" in the name
3. Note that the history files look something like chatmsg256.dbb
4. when u find it, right click and select open containing folder
5. copy that folder in ur back up hd or usbpen or whatever

When u reinstall skype, copy that whole folder in the same place where it was....
