Possible to flash BIOS from cd?

I need to flash my BIOS, and it says to use the downloaded ZIP file to make a bootable floppy. Would it also work on CD? I took my floppy drive out last month because I never use it, and can't be bothered re-connecting it....

There is a way to flash a BIOS with with a CD. You will need to create a bootable CD with the updater and BIOS File. You can save your current settings to a USB if your bootable image support it. If you need help go to BIOSmods
