8800gtx quick question

I'm thrilled with my 8800gtx but just wondering real quick. What are normal temps for it?

while under load its running at around 44c and while not doing anything its running 40c is that normal?

and while at it is cpu idle 37-39c load 42-45c decent? or bad?
