hi.
it seems that you have either a virus or a spyware.
try scan your system complety with some antivirus software and spyware.
you can use ad-aware from www.lavasoft.de then change your homepage on internet optons.
if this does not work use zero popup to change the homepage
http://www.tooto.com/ good luck.
don't let this come as a shock, but some anti-spyware utilities deny you for changing your homepage for your own so called protection, it just might be spybot doing it
when you change your homepage, the data would be written to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
value: Start Page, whatever is inside that key determines your home page address, i bet even if you go to regedit and change it manually, as soon as you ok it, it will revert back again, something is denying you permission to change that information
create a new user profile for yourself and see if the same issue happens if worst comes to worst and you can't find what's causing it
Your hijackthis log didn't show any malware in your system.
I second FatTony saying your anti-spyware progs are doing it. Some have the ability to lock your homepage so if something changes it, they revert it back.
You can force it to stick to a page by editing the registry as FatTony said then setting the permissions on the key so it can only be read and not written to/modified by any users or the system. But I'd look at your security apps first cause its going to be one of them doing it.
