What is the meaning of USB ports at JUSBLAN1?

If i'm not using the USB ports i should place the jumper caps at Pin 2-3 Close right?

No, you want both jumpers on pins 1-2. Putting them on pins 2-3 is only for the special case where you have some USB device connected with which you need to do wake-on-USB-device; I've never seen such a setup.

Anyway what is S/PDIF out connector for? It's on the motherboard.
