Please check my temp.s

After running orthos for about half an hour, I mostly get max.65C and eventually it becomes 70C! (when I open firefox and browse a bit, all the while orthos running at two threads)

The temp.s that TAT shows easily ascend to very high degrees (like 80C!) I don't know if it's just me but when it shows 80C, CoreTemp shows less than 70C, like 66-68 )

Will I burn my cpu at this rate? Should I lower the fsb? I'm currently running my E4300 at 2800mhz (fsb=311)

If I decide to ignore those temp.s (assuming, that much work load is hardly attainable with my daily-use; even with some high-end games), will I be doing wrong? Will that kill my cpu very soon (I'd like my system to run for 3-4 years)

And, although I never considered buying a cooler/heat sink (I have stock fan right now), would you recommend me buying one? That way, I might even see 3.2+ ghz without much problems..

Also, VCore2 value that speedfan shows is 2.10V, although VCore1 is 1.34V. Is that normal?

You got a 4300 which is why coretemp 0.95 and You should use coretemp 0.94 since your cpu have a 100degrees Tjunction max when the e6xxx have 85degrees Tjunction max. It's part of a formula that calculates the temps shown by the register so using Coretemp 0.94 temps is the more accurate to read and compare with the guide.
You meant he needs to use CoreTemp 0.95 for an E4300, I think!!
CoreTemp 0.95 detects the E4300 as Tj of 100 while CoreTemp 0.94 detects it as 85, so 15 degrees lower...
CoreTemp 0.95 will read 5° higher than TAT by the way because of IHS adjustment (TAT is designed for mobile processors)

What you really need is a better cooler, when I first got my CPU (E6600) I never tuched my stock heatsink. The Tuniq Tower 120 is one of the best coolers out there, at my stock temp for my E6600 @ 2.4GHz idle was 17c-19c and 32c loaded using my TT 120.
