WinMX is a peer to peer file sharing program similar to Kazaa or any of the
others.

It is used almost exclusively for "sharing" music and movie files that are
protected by copyright law. (file sharing in this sense is a clever
euphemism, sort of like calling a buglary ring a "possessions exchange
support group" )

Using common sense, any content that you would have to pay for at the store,
with little exception, can not be legally downloaded "for free" from the
Internet.

Most of the content available there is illegal.

A legit store would be something like http://music.msn.com/ or
http://www.napster.com/

If you are living in Canada it is not illegal to share music files
http://news.com.com/2100-1027_3-5182641.html

Keep in mind that just because it is not illegal doesn't mean it is not
immoral. However there are a growing number of new artists who see the
sharing of their music to be helpful to their careers.

right click "administrative Templates" and click add remove templates. you will then have a dialg box with a list of templates. Click Add and this should open the Windows\system32\inf folder and list a number of .ADM files. From the list add in Conf.adm and System.adm. Close the Add/Remove temples box and you should now have the requied options
