I don't know how this happened, I'm usually pretty good about this kind of stuff but here's the problem, don't know how to fix it:

I click Start > All Programs
and all of my programs in the list are there, but for some reason I can no longer move them around. I used to be able to hold down and drag them to different positions, but now I cannot. I also cannot right click in the all programs menu (the same options come up after right clicking the taskbar which CAN be right-clicked). It seems the all progams menu is somehow 'locked'. I have tried unlocking the taskbar but this does not help. Any suggestions?

right clik start menu button \ properties \ customize \ advanced\mark the "enable dragging and dropping"

solved the dragging problem but not the right click problem. don't really care as much about the rightclicking so that will be good for now. thx greatly for ur help
