does the wireless signals increase for router with more external antenna compare to those that have internal antenna?

external antenna is better because you can move the antenna's around. and it will give a better rate and plus your singale would be stonger. sorry cant spell
i am tired. see a internal one would be built in so you cant move it. and plus it would not be as strong as the External. i have tried both and the External works way way better
