Just put together my new build which is in my sig. My temp in the BIOS on the CPU at idle are 30C...is this normal? I expected them to be lower.

I might be wrong, but in BIOS the CPU doesn't idle the same as it does under an OS. In Windows, processors can throttle to a lower clock speed and voltage when they are idle causing them to generate even less heat than at a non-throttled idle. Plus, 30C isn't too terribly hot for a computer chip.

You have a lot of toys that are going to add heat to the ambient. Under those conditions, your temps are normal.
I would recommend some type of fan, to cool your power mosfets, toroids and caps. They are a major heat source that usually take cooling from the hsf.
Even though you are using water, good ventilation is still helpful.
