My brother wants a computer that runs counter strike. That is the most demanding thing he wants from this computer, preferably at a semi-decent resolution and fairly high eye candy. He wants to spend the minimum possible on this and a mini/micro atx is preferable. No monitor, keyboard, or mouse is needed but a case is. I do plan on modding the case so a flat side would help aka no vents/fans. Thanks for your time and help.
