Hello there,

another little problem/question :

In some weapon-addons theres a little graphic-prob.: you see the Muzzle
flash all the time. Is this a addon problem or a problem with my system/game
etc.?

go to the start menu, all programs, codemasters, the ofp folder then
do the configuration set up. from there turn off the hardware T&W.
hope this helps.

This was an old problem with some of the old addons that aren't compatible
with the latest OFP patches. I haven't seen this in a long time.

Which OFP version are your running?

or is it hardware T&L? sorry i havent reinstalled ofp onto my new hard
drive. but its the hardware T&something that u need to turn off.

HW T&L should be on, much faster. It's a bug in one of the older versions of
OFP.

I use Ofp with latest patch, plus ofp resistance with latest patch, plus red
hammer addon, pow, btl, plus some addons like bw-mod, i444, and so on.

ive only ever experienced the muzzle flash bug in 1.46 with the BIB
Royal Marines addon and the only solution was to turn off the hardware
T&L. it would be worth turning it off just to see if thats the
problem. if it is then u can turn it back on if u wish and might be a
good idea to try and contact the addon makers about the bug.

I experienced this problem a long while ago playing some of the classic
Aussie missions. The addons used were created for a younger version of OFP.
I'm betting the addons the original poster is talking about are some older
addons.

Chances are the addons have been re-created to work with the latest versions
of OFP. I know the Aussie mission addons were re-created.

The hardware T&L had nothing to do with it when I experienced this problem.
Check for the latest version of the addons you're using. As I said before,
I haven't seen this problem in a long time (mainly because all of the addons
are designed to be used with the newer versions of OFP).
