1. Does anyone know whether it has the acrobat writer (same as PC) one in
POCKET PC? ¡¥cos I wanna make a form that let the user input the data and
the questions are NON-EDITABLE.
2. Anyone can know the best way to create a form POCKET PC? No need to
coding and dynamic one.
The form as below:
If the user agrees for the statements, they can just sign the signature via
the POCKET PC.

I came to this NG looking for answers to this very question. While awaiting
an answer, I installed a slightly less-than-legal copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro
v7 (only temporarily, mind you!) and started playing. Within minutes, I was
able to create a simple form that contained a Submit Button. When the form
is copied to the PPC and opened in Adobe Reader, the user can fill out the
fields and click the button to have the form fields sent off in an email.
The form data is sent as an attached .xml file that can either be loaded
back into the form for single-submission viewing or several submissions can
be batch loaded into MS Excel as a .csv.
My test fields were simply "First Name" and "Last Name", but they could just
as easily be Survey/Test questions.
