D805 Thermal Monitor Problem

With Thermal Monitoring activted my D805 reduces speed (20x --> 14x) as soon as 40°C is reached!!! This is, a view seconds after full load at 2.66 GHz :-(
I checked out every possible source of the problem. Result: TM is not working properly inside my D805!
Unfortunately I didn't find a tool showing the internal CPU temps.

Here are the facts: D805 (2x 2.66 GHz), CoolerMaster HyperTX

All Tools showing CPU Temps (incl. BIOS) are showing the same temp.

Then I disabled TM in BIOS, overclocked the CPU to 3.5 GHz and ran 2x Prime95: CPU temp 51°C after half an hour. It is definitely not a cooling problem!

True. Check Intel Forums to find nothing, since you're not in NDA's secret circle Or disable TM and enjoy your fine 3.5 GHz, what I strongly suggest.
