Do i need to find my buddies copies too?

I finally managed to get my hands on a used copy of Operation
Flashpoint. Extremely difficult here in canada.

Do i need to find more copies for my buddies so we can do a network
game, or does OP:FP support using one CD to install the game on
everyone's computer?

For best play you need Resistance too

And one genuine version for every single computer. If you try running with
the same serial you'll get a message "Original games do not fade" and you'll
loose some game-characteristics (Don't ask me which, since I don't know LOL)

Saw your post on the OFP newsgroup. If you are interested, I have a
never-used, never-opened copy of Resistance (which you will definitely want
to get--many improvements on OFP and most addons require resistance) that
I'll sell you cheap.

Or if you are playing on a LAN then you can maybe get your hands on some
alternative CD keys.

The 1.94 beta doesnt require the CD (ie it doesnt check it is in the CD tray), so if you patch to
that and can get hold of a number of unique CD Keys, you should be okay.

Of course, morally, you should buy more copies of the game to get those additional CD keys
