I have bought stuff from them in the past, no real issues. A friend of mine however bought a TV from them that did not work, they refused to do anything about it. He had to fight with them and threathen them legally to get them to take it back and refund his money. It was a $1500 TV, I think you might be okay with a $200 graphic card.
