I am trying to figure out how to either take still frames from video files or how to print pictures from video files. I would think this would be easy but i am having trouble finding any info on how to do this. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Any info is appreciated, thanks.

play your movie in dvd player software like cyberlink powerdvd. then there is a button capture frame...note-different software have different capture button name may be capture photo..etc. now you know what i mean.go and try
