Cannot Read Language on Newly Installed Program

Hi all. I have downlaod a new program (PPstream) but unable to read the instruction. I tried several language setting but without any success. Actually, I can read some sentences but the rest is unreadable.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Tx in advance.
