i am looking for a quiet gpu cooler for my 6800 agp. i need the cooler to be under $20. it has be be quiet!!

If you want SILENT, get the Zalman VF-700. Might be a few bucks more than $20. But if you're gonna spend $20 and get garbage, might as well go a few more and get REAL good.
