Hi,
should know this really haven't put a drive in for a while though, my mate wants a 2nd dvd drive for his pc,when i install it do i use the same IDE cable thats attached to his other drive to attach to the new one cause they have 2 IDE connection points on the cable. Pretty sure you do just checking! Reason i ask is cause drive i've ordered is OEM so don't think it will come with any new cables anyway. Cheers.
