Hello. A couple of days ago I had a strange problem with yahoo. Before this event occurred I had some trojan and adware programs. After I reinstalled Windows XP sp2 and yahoo messenger I tried to sign in but it didn't accept my password. I tried to login to my e-mail and the same problem occurred. I had to make a new account, and try to get all those contacts again  . After it I wrote to yahoo customer care but I couldn't fix the problem as they said, because they need some stupid secret answer to a stupid question. Unfortunately I forgot the answer to that question, and it is needed to get a new password. What do you think? Could this be a problem because of the viruses? Sorry for any mistakes.

hi.
since you had virus and trojans in your system then,
it is possible that someone stolen your password and change it.
as a result you are not able to login to your account.
as for question its a security step from yahoo to prevent people from requesting others account info..
