Hello. A couple of days ago I had a strange problem with yahoo. Before this event occurred I had some trojan and adware programs. After I reinstalled Windows XP sp2 and yahoo messenger I tried to sign in but it didn't accept my password. I tried to login to my e-mail and the same problem occurred. I had to make a new account, and try to get all those contacts again 
. After it I wrote to yahoo customer care but I couldn't fix the problem as they said, because they need some stupid secret answer to a stupid question. Unfortunately I forgot the answer to that question, and it is needed to get a new password. What do you think? Could this be a problem because of the viruses? Sorry for any mistakes.
