Running 2k;
I thought I had some sites bookmarked that would tell you what a file was if you entered it in as a search. I couldn't find anything.

My friends' Laptop get a error message that it can't load RDBSS.sys. I or he doesn't know what that file is. The limited search I did didn't turn anything up. No idea what he was doing last.

Anyone know what RDBSS.sys is or have some sites where I can look it up?

Thanks

search for it, if you can't find it, find another copy off the cd or something and put it in c:\windows\system32\drivers

He gave me the wrong file name. I couldn't correct it in the thread title.
This isn't that sp3 issue that MS has a KB article on since this is a sp4 install.
