Hi ..I just purchased a 8800gtx (foxconn) and everything works great
on a single monitor setup... i hooked up my second monitor and the vid card only boots up one...when entering windows i can enable horizontal view and force the 2nd monitor to work.. but when i turn on any game or even 3dmark the computer crashes. My old 7900GT works fine with dual monitor..is this something with the card or am i missing something
in the setup?

Yah i have the latest driver installed..and im using the vga to dvi connections to hook up to my monitor..i just got off the phone with foxconn support in usa..and they have the same thing in bootup ..only one monitor turns on...he's currently gonna install 3dmark06 and try to replicate the error (error shows up when the 2nd monitor turns off and first stays on to play game or run 3D application).
in single monitor mode everything works fine and no problems...
only crashes when system switches to single monitor view for the 3D
program/game.
found the problem... seems AA settings need to be tweaked down to 2x
at most since nvidia is aware of the problem...couldnt find it in google
but found it in the nvidia forum about a WOW similar problem..and
it fixed the issue i have...guess i gotta still wait for nvidia to fix
the glitches in its 8800 drivers.
