I just want to play my favorite game!!!

I Installed the Sims 2 and when I put in the disc the only thing that pops up is a little box with a big red X in it that says the sims 2 on the top and then an OK button. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????? please help me!

Just open My Computer, right-click on the CD and select Open, then double-click on Setup. Something might be screwed up with the auto-run.
