I have recently upgraded my old system that i built with a new dual core cpu. I have never overclocked anything before but would really like to learn how and boost up my performance. If anyone can help with some detailed instructions and tips i would greatly appreciate it!

My System:

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe nVidia nForce4 Socket 939
AMD Opteron 175 Denmark 2.2GHz Socket 939 Dual Core
Ultra 512MB PC2100 DDR 266MHz (x 4) so 2gigs
XFX GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
Antec 500-watt power supply
Windows XP


I would really like to try and overclock the cpu, video, and memory if that is possible with what i have. If not please let me know what would be the best way to go!

I looked around in the overclocking section and when i looked for the setting in my bios i couldnt find my FSB setting. All i could find is the multiplier. I have updated my bios to the latest updated version. I dont know if there is some setting i need to dink with or if the FSB is called something different that i am missing. If you could let me know what im doing wrong or if im looking in the wrong places i would greatly appreciated it. Thank you!
