Everything was running fine.

All of asudden the entire system is just running terrible.

I right click my computer and click properties, i took literally over 40 seconds just for the computer information to pop up.

I just upgraded to the latest Graphics drivers 9371 i believe.. and now when i right click and go to properties.. and click advance tab, i don't see my normal 7600GT tab that allows me to change all my settings.

Everything in general is running so damn slow, i got 3-4 spyware adware things running.

The computer is taking way longer to boot.

NOw when i go to start/control panel, just loading that up alone sometimes will just take a long ass time.

things just freeze or something. not sure what the hell is going on.

If i right click and Click nVIDIA control Panel this thing doesn't load till atleast 2 full minutes later?

im running windows XP sp1

any ideas what's going on..

i did disable a bunch of services.

i just got that webroot spy sweeper, but that's supposed to be really good.

Not sure what's causing this mysterious SLUGGISHness out of no where.

Ok instead of doing a reboot.

i did a full system shut down. let it sit for about a minute and then just did a fresh boot.

so far system seems to be running 10x's better.

wow this is weird... after a full shut down and a reboot.. now everything is running mint.... i guess just a normal reboot through software didn't work right the system needed to be fully shut down.

my graphics settings are all there now, it was loading in some NEW view.

ok anyway i think it's all fixed now.
