How do I know what plug-ins are on my iPAQ pocket pc? I am having trouble
accessing Disney's website, even though it says that I have the right
software, so I was trying to check to see if the plug-ins are there, so that
I could delete and reinstall as they suggested, but I can't seem to find
this info. I was on the Macromedia/Flash website especially for Pocket PCs,
but I was having trouble with the instructions as I'm very new to the Pocket
PC area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Tiger

Tiger,

You can download the Macromedia Flash Player for Pocket PC from the
Macromedia site here:
http://www.macromedia.com/software [...] /2002.html

Download it and install it to your device via ActiveSync.

Regards,

I downloaded Flash, and I still can't access the Disney site, even though I
get a message saying, "Good news. Our software test shows that you have the
appropriate plug-ins."

It does go on to say that if you do find that you still can't view our page,
you might have to check your browser version - anything older than IE5 or
Netscape 7 won't work - do you mean to tell me that Pocket IE is below these
versions and so I can't access the Disney website?

Any help would be appreciated as we are leaving for vacation today.

Thanks, Tiger

it's a very complex site that is going to be hard to navigate in the
best of circumstances.

Assuming that you have 2003se, select view/layout/singlecolumn

Two observations;

1 - you are going to have to really want to go there to deal with the
small screen issues

2 - Suggest you take a look at
https://register.go.com/disney/disn [...] o/register using a
desktop if you plan to use the pocketpc onsite.

_do the signup and registration on your desktop before you leave!!!_

It can be a real pain to try and do in on a ppc... stylus, screen, etc,
