Lost documents in document program file

Hello,
windows 7.lost document program file will not show photos or video.

but can find when i open picasa 3

By document program file, do you mean you can't find the file in My Documents or what? Did it get moved maybe? If Picasa can open it, do a properties for any of the files it will tell you where it is on the disk.
