Ive been making a short movie on a family occasion, its about 12minutes long & been having problems getting it into AVI. I receintly added another few minutes onto it, and I seem to get "Error: Out Of Memory" at the same part everytime... when its at 67%, I get this Error. (you can see my specs/how much ram I have in my sig below)
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before?
I have looked on Adobe website but there seems to be nothing on this issue.
How much space do you have left on your hard drive? How big is your swap file? Those will have an effect as well as the amount of physical RAM in the system.
Yeah I tryed that, seems like it doesnt effect it at all,
I sometimes get "Unknown Error" instead of out of memory, this is when I try diferent video settings though. its on Microsoft DV AVI at the moment. Ive tryed making it quicktime, export to DVD and few others.. and all give me the same problem :-(
I thought perhaps it could be that Its only aloud access to a certain amount of memory? Ive tryed going into task manager and setting the process to realtime and the oposite.. low, but it doesnt effect it at all it seems
I dont really know if this is anything to do with it but..
In this movie, I use about 30-40 pictures kinda like a slideshow, about 20 of them are 3MB each, some have effects(4/5MB) and some are under 1MB. I also use video footage which isnt more than 200mb.
could this be reason for out of memory error?
Its strange because I have searched Adobe website high & low, and I see absolutly nothing about out of memory to do with Adobe Premiere 2.0!
