I didnt give out the company name on facebook and I still get in trouble for making bad comments I dont see how they would know when I didnt give out a,name

Anything you post on a social media site, you should state this is not the view of the company - if you have your employer listed, etc.

You're better off not bad mouthing your company or pushing out bad things about a company. This will ultimately end up hurting you at some point in your career, if not sooner than later.
