Where do I find Internet Options in Windows 7

For some reason I can not find internet options and favorites or bookmarks in Windows 7. Request your help?

Right click internet explorer and go to properties for internet options. The bookmarks are located under the forward and back arrows in IE.

Open-up a web page. Click on "Tools" in the top right. Then click on Internet Options towards the bottom of the drop down menu. Also scroll to Toolbars and Explorer Bars in the same drop down menu to find Favorites.

Control Panel --> Network and Internet --> Internet Options

Favorites is located within the users directory, bookmarks are within the favorites folder -- unless you mean within the browser? Internet options is within Control Panel.
