Hy
I have 2 HDD : 1  just for winXP
2 for the games KIT and games instalation
Every 2 weeks i am using V8 O&O defrag program for defrag(offcourse)
But this time in the 2 HDD drive(the one with the games) are to many system files from the sky..they didint was here and the worst is that they do not defrag they are not moving from the place there are putted..and this is meens that every(copy etc) installation in this HDD will not be continuously it will be separated by these system files...wich i dont know from where they come and how to get rid of them or move in the right order like the others files...after the Space or Modified defrag the(system) files are in the exact same place and the fragmentation its 0%
The page files it is install on this HDD and other system program and all the softwer it is in the 1 HDD..here its have to be just the games and thats all..
IF any body have an ideea or something please help..

Was there another OS on this HD before the game was installed? You might have to  reformat it completely . I am not talking about quick format. There is residual previous OS which was set on dual boot.

the only option left is to do low level format. The HD is badly corrupted for some reason. You should do a disk scan after format too. I had a problem with my old HD. I found out it wasn't just bad sectors. those sectors were defective thus the HD spindle arm tried to skip those areas thus preventing proper installation of XP.

low level format is kind of overkill, not to mention risking your warranty if you got any left

if you're suspecting disk corruption you should check the system event logs for any of those errors or messages
