How do you keep your personal message from disappearing after you sign out?

Whenever I sign out the message will have disappeared next time I sign in.

That's really odd, haven't heard of a problem like that before. Only thing I can think of is that you have "show others what I'm listening to" enabled and that's refreshing your personal msg?
