Ok, let's make this easy.
There are lots of good choices in the $100 and up range, but very few at the low end. This is a tried and true forum favorite:
FSP AX450-PN 450watt 12v:2x18a PSU 20+4pin $56+8 4/19/07

Yeah, no problem. The Antec also runs well within voltage specs with little or no variation, has undervolted "fan-only" molex connectors for a quiet case, should last for years, and only costs $36 after you get the $40 rebate. It was a fair deal at $70.
ok thats good
i just have one more question right now my old psu is AT will this ATX fit in my system?
Are you sure it's AT? If so then no, it won't work. Your system must be around a decade old for it to be AT...
An AT system hardwires the case power switch to the psu, not the motherboard. The motherboard configuration is completly different as well.
when im older and get a job ima jump up to pci-e and also while im at it build a new comp but till then i just wunna play f.e.a.r. and hl2 on settings better then low and still get very good fps
