Will DDR2(200MHZ) run on a dual-core chipset mobo?

I'm currently running 4 (1 GB) DDR2 PC23200 (200 MHZ) on a Supermicro X6DA8 with dual Xeon 3.2's. I'm looking to upgrade to a Intel Desktop Board D975XBX and a dual-core. Question here is, will my current memory run in the new Intel board? My budget covers the mobo and processor.....

Intel specs say what max it will handle, but I can't seem to find any backward compatibility documentation.

Memory specs are:
Silicon Technology S1024R3RL1PK-I
DDR2-SDRAM PC2-3200 (200 MHz)
Regular RDIMM (133.35 x 3) ECC SSTL 1.8v

The desktop board will need unbuffered RAM; my guess is that your current RAM is registered, and so won't work.
