Dedicated Video Card no longer working..HELP!

My problem is my pc is cannot detect my dedicated video card (gts250) anymore. It gives "No signal" and it always goes back to the integrated video card. The problem started when i brought my pc with me from the province and forgot to bring with me the VGA connector. When I arrived at the city i bought a new a vga connector. Every time i connect it to the dedicated video card it gives no signal (but the fan is working) but when i switch it to the mainboard vga slot it is working....HELP ME PLS

You might have to tweak your bios. Some computers have it set to automatic, while others use the onboard vs the pci ex
