pressed some keys

Recently while i was on irc the arm of my chair came across some keys and now \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ is typed over and over again. Not only on my irc, but if i open the browser the bar is filled with \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ non stop. Does anyone know what this is, or how to correct it?

i'm assuming your \ key is punched in try to take the key off

smack your keyboard around a bit? unplug it and plug it back in, and yeah, make sure the key isn't stuck

no it is not pressed in. Im not sure why it did that, only did it twice, now its fine.
